How Our Pizza Catering Service Works

We bring everything needed to create a complete pizzeria at your venue. My brother and I arrive with our portable wood-fired oven, prep station, ingredients, and weatherproof setup. We make each pizza fresh in front of your guests using traditional techniques and quality ingredients.

You’ll watch us hand-stretch 72-hour fermented dough, add San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, then slide it into our 450°C oven. Ninety seconds later, your guests are eating authentic Neapolitan pizza that rivals the best pizzerias in London.

Our service includes setup, continuous pizza making throughout your chosen hours, and complete cleanup afterwards. You don’t need to worry about anything except enjoying your event.
